Pro Digital partnered with the Indian Navy to design and implement a next-generation Advanced Conference cum Training Room. The objective was to modernize the training environment using a fusion of traditional learning tools and state-of-the-art digital infrastructure—enabling immersive learning, streamlined mission briefings, and seamless collaboration.

The client required a future-ready training and conferencing environment to meet evolving operational and strategic demands. The existing setup lacked modern collaboration tools, efficient AV control, and the flexibility to support multi-format content sharing. Sessions often required technical assistance to begin or operate, leading to inefficiencies in mission briefings, reviews, and training operations. A high level of usability, security, and automation was critical for the envisioned upgrade.
Our Solution
Pro Digital applied its techno-architectural expertise to reimagine the space into an advanced training environment. The transformation integrated an intelligent AV infrastructure, a fully automated presenter station, and interactive control systems for managing various content sources with minimal user effort. Camera systems were introduced for session capture, while collaboration tools supported both digital and traditional formats. Lighting automation and centralized control were also implemented to reduce the need for technical oversight and enhance user autonomy during high-stakes discussions.
