In the face of an unprecedented public health emergency, the Government of Karnataka, through the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), recognized the need for a centralised crisis response infrastructure. The objective was clear—enable real-time collaboration across departments, gain full visibility into pandemic data, and coordinate emergency response efforts city-wide. Pro Digital Labs delivered a turnkey War Room and 24/7 Command Centre that empowered Bengaluru to manage the COVID-19 outbreak with speed, clarity, and confidence.
This facility wasn’t just a back-office setup. It became the operational command brain of Karnataka’s COVID-19 response—used daily by the Chief Minister, Ministers of Health, Revenue, and Urban Development, and senior IAS officers to monitor city-wide developments and conduct live strategy meetings.
