In the face of an unprecedented public health emergency, the Government of Karnataka, through the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), recognized the need for a centralised crisis response infrastructure. The objective was clear—enable real-time collaboration across departments, gain full visibility into pandemic data, and coordinate emergency response efforts city-wide. Pro Digital Labs delivered a turnkey War Room and 24/7 Command Centre that empowered Bengaluru to manage the COVID-19 outbreak with speed, clarity, and confidence.
This facility wasn’t just a back-office setup. It became the operational command brain of Karnataka’s COVID-19 response—used daily by the Chief Minister, Ministers of Health, Revenue, and Urban Development, and senior IAS officers to monitor city-wide developments and conduct live strategy meetings.
The BBMP War Room earned national and global praise for its effective use of real-time data, integrated governance, and civic transparency.

Widely reported by national media for its transparency, tech-led coordination, and strategic use of GIS, the War Room stood out as a pioneering initiative in India’s public health landscape.
During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, BBMP faced a rapidly evolving crisis—where manual coordination, scattered data, and lack of real-time insight created delays in critical response decisions. The city needed a centralised command infrastructure capable of tracking live data, forecasting emergency scenarios, and enabling unified action across agencies and departments.
Pro Digital Labs designed and implemented a robust War Room and 24/7 Command Centre—built for continuous operations and high-stakes decision-making. From real-time dashboards and high-resolution display systems to virtual conferencing and simulation tools, the space was engineered to provide a live operational overview of Bengaluru’s pandemic response.
This wasn’t just a command setup—it became the daily workspace for the state’s top leadership to conduct reviews, monitor outbreaks, and respond to dynamic developments on the ground.

This project wasn’t just about technology—it was about resilience. The BBMP War Room helped the Government of Karnataka deliver fast, informed, and coordinated action during India’s most critical public health emergency. It now serves as a national benchmark for how civic command centres can blend infrastructure, intelligence, and leadership to protect lives—and build trust.
