Designed to dynamically fetch industry-specific content and demos—from healthcare to aerospace—with a single click, the entire space was built for instant adaptability and operational agility.
Cyient, known for its deep engineering expertise across aerospace, rail, communications, energy, and healthcare, envisioned a modern Experience Centre that could adapt to diverse client journeys and demonstrate complex technologies with clarity and impact. The existing space needed a complete overhaul—both in narrative structure and infrastructure—to match their global brand presence and serve as a powerful client engagement tool. The challenge lay in designing a versatile environment that could cater to multiple verticals, yet maintain a unified brand voice.
Pro Digital approached this transformation through its hallmark Techno-Architectural lens. The journey began with a detailed 3D LiDAR scan of the facility to capture as-built conditions and identify constraints. Our team collaborated with the CTO and CMO offices at Cyient to align spatial design with strategic storytelling and industry-specific demonstration needs.
We mapped a non-linear, agile visitor journey using a modular spatial design, allowing rapid reconfiguration of zones for different industry walkthroughs. The experience was simulated through a 3D virtual walkthrough that integrated spatial planning, interior finishes, and embedded technology. Each zone was then fitted with intuitive AV and IT layers—allowing seamless transitions between narrative touchpoints.
Custom-built content management systems, UI/UX interfaces, and interactive design wireframes were developed to ensure every interaction—whether physical or digital—was purposeful, intuitive, and brand-aligned. Key demonstrations were supported by immersive digital experiences, including projection-based storytelling, multi-touch displays, and interactive applications tailored for Cyient’s vast solution portfolio.
