Roche, a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics within the healthcare industry, began its Experience Centre initiative with a flagship location in Chennai. This visionary project has expanded to nine cities across India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Howrah, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Mumbai and others. These centres act as immersive hubs where internal teams, healthcare professionals, researchers, and external stakeholders engage with Roche's innovative solutions through interactive demonstrations, collaborative sessions, and insightful data presentations. Pro Digital has been instrumental in this rollout, delivering integrated design, technology, and content solutions that create engaging and effective environments.

Collaboration on Design and User Experience

Pro Digital partnered closely with Roche's architects from the early stages to emphasise user experience and journey optimisation. By analysing stakeholder needs and workflows in detail, we refined the spatial designs to promote intuitive flow and deeper engagement. This thoughtful approach has turned each centre into a compelling platform for exploring Roche's advancements in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, building strong connections with visitors from the first interaction.

Advanced AV/IT Supply, Installation, and Integration

Pro Digital provided and installed premium audiovisual (AV) and information technology (IT) systems tailored precisely to Roche's specifications. These include high-resolution displays, interactive touch interfaces, immersive audio setups, and reliable infrastructure. Central to our contribution was advanced data orchestration at the multi-server level, combined with meticulous content mapping. This ensures real-time synchronisation, seamless performance, and dynamic interactions during demonstrations and stakeholder meetings, supporting everything from virtual collaborations to in-depth data explorations.

Content Curation and Strategic Partnership

Through close collaboration with Roche's leadership team, Pro Digital facilitated workshops to pinpoint demonstration requirements and develop customised content, encompassing multimedia assets and sophisticated visualisations. This led to standout innovations like the Data Wall, an expansive interactive platform for real-time health data and trend analysis, and the Design Studio, a versatile area for joint ideation and solution development. These features effectively serve internal planning and external partnerships alike.

Results and Lasting Impact

The network of nine Roche Experience Centres has enabled highly productive stakeholder engagements and demonstrations, fostering enhanced collaboration and knowledge sharing.
